Video: Man Charged With Stealing Two Tip Jars In Suffolk  A Long Island man is in police custody after being caught red-handed stealing tip jars from two Bay Shore eateries earlier this month. Khari Cuffie entered Mitsui restaurant on West Main Street on Friday, Sept. 6 and stole the tip jar from the counter, when he was caught on camera. A week later, on Friday, Sept. 13, he allegedly entered the Bay Shore Bean on East Main Street and stole the tip jar next to the register.
