Alert Issued For Long Island Woman Wanted For Criminal Weapon Possession Nassau County Police investigators are urging the community to be aware of a wanted woman who was arrested on a weapons charge. Ashley Toro, 28, is wanted by Nassau County Police and the Nassau County Court after being arrested for fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon after she was arrested with a firearm. A warrant was later issued for Toro’s arrest by the court. Toro was described by investigators as a 5-foot-4 Hispanic woman weighing approximately 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes.
