An early morning fire spread to several stores on Long Island. The blaze broke out around 5:30 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 27 in Valley Stream. The blaze broke out at Orange Skye Day Spa, located at 50 Rockaway Ave., according to Nassau County Police. When firefighters arrived at the scene, the roof of the building was engulfed in flames. A fire broke out in a Roosevelt home on West Fulton Avenue shortly after 5 p.m. on Wednesday, April 6, prompting a heavy response in Nassau County. The fire started in Nassau County around 1 a.m. Thursday, Feb. 17, at the addition to North Shore Manhasset Hospital adjacent to the hospital in Manhasset.
