Long Island Man Accused Of Anti-Semitic Harassment A Long Island man was arrested for allegedly leaving anti-Semitic information on his neighbor's doorstep. The incident took place in Hewlett around midnight on Thursday, Oct. 20. According to Nassau County Police detectives, the victim's 7-year-old son was sleeping when he awoke to loud screaming. He was upset and notified his parents about the situation.  They reviewed their doorbell surveillance camera and saw a neighbor leaving a package at the house.
