18-Year-Old Being Held Without Bail In Fatal Oceanside Strip-Mall Stabbing
The 18-year-old charged in connection with the fatal stabbing during an after-school brawl at a strip mall on Long Island is being held without bail. Tyler Flach, of Lido Beach, entered a not guilty plea at his arraignment on Thursday, Sept. 19 at First District Court in Hempstead. The stabbing happened at around 3:45 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 16 in Oceanside. Nassau County Police announced early Wednesday evening, Sept. 18 that Flach had been arrested and charged with second-degree murder.
