Long Island Man Driving Drunk Crashes Into School Bus, Lunges At Officers, Police Say A Long Island man was allegedly drunk when he crashed into a school bus before becoming combative with responding officers, police said. Officers from the Nassau County Police Department received a report of a crash involving a Honda CRV and school bus in the area of 9th Avenue in South Farmingdale at approximately 6:40 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 20.
