7-Year-Old Upstate NY Boy Charged With Rape, Reports Say A 7-year-old boy in New York has been charged with rape, according to multiple reports. New York State Police said that the unidentified boy in St. Lawrence County from Brasher Falls, located about 15 miles east of Potsdam, has been charged as a juvenile delinquent with third-degree rape after being charged on Tuesday, March 23. The incident reportedly happened over the Thanksgiving holiday. After being temporarily taken into custody, the child was cited for the rape and released to his parents. Boy Suffers Injuries After Falling Out Of Window Of Suffolk County Home A 7-year-old boy is in stable condition after falling out of a second-floor window of a Long Island home. The incident took place around 11:25 p.m., Sunday, Jan. 10 in West Babylon, said the Suffolk County Police. According to police,  officers responded to 1167 Little East Neck Road, after the child slipped and fell through an opening in the window, police said. He was transported via ambulance to Good Samaritan Hospital Medical Center in West Islip for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries.
