Seen Him? Alert Issued For Man Last Seen On Long Island

Police are asking for the community’s assistance in locating a man missing from Long Island who may need medical attention.

Leo Frazier, age 88, was last seen on Tuesday, March 19 in Hempstead, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse.

It was just before 8 p.m. on that day when Frazier was spotted driving a 2002 tan Nissan Altima (with New York registration CZD-4820) on Frazier Street.

Authorities say Frazier has dementia and may be in need of medical attention.

He is 5-foot-6, weighs approximately 145 pounds, and is bald with brown eyes.

When he was last seen, Frazier was wearing a brown jacket, blue jeans, and black sneakers.

Anyone with information regarding his whereabouts is urged to contact 911 or the Nassau County Police Department at 516-573-7347.
