The Nassau County Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in tracking down a wanted man who was arrested and charged with second-degree criminal impersonation last year.
Police said that Demetrius Chambers is wanted following his arrest. He later failed to appear in court to respond to the charges and a warrant was issued for his arrest by the Nassau County Court.
Investigators described Chambers as 6-foot tall, weighing approximately 175 pounds with black hair and brown eyes. Police said that anyone who comes into contact with him should not attempt or detain him.
