The Suffolk County Crime Stoppers have issued a $5,000 cash reward for information that leads to the arrest of a man caught on camera shoplifting at the CVS on Sunrise Highway in Bohemia last year.

Photo Credit: Suffolk County Crime StoppersPolice said that they are attempting to track down the man - who was spotted in a camouflage jacket, hat and jeans stealing from the CVS between 4:40 p.m. and 5:40 p.m. on Oct. 28 last year.
