Missing 16-Year-Old Coram Girl Found

A 16-year-old girl who went missing last week on Long Island has been found.

Autumn Dennis, who had last been seen on Friday, Aug. 2, has been located and is unharmed, Suffolk County Police announced Wednesday afternoon, Aug. 7.

No further details were released.

A 16-year-old girl has gone missing on Long Island and authorities are asking the public's help in locating her.

The girl left her home in Coram on Friday, Aug. 2 and was reported missing Monday night, Aug. 5, Suffolk County Police Sixth Squad detectives said.

Autumn Dennis, a Country Club Drive resident, was reportedly on her way to work at the time. Dennis, who is diagnosed with bipolar disorder, is believed to still be in Suffolk County, according to police.

Dennis is approximately 5-foot-8, 150 pounds with an olive complexion, brown hair and brown eyes.

Detectives are asking anyone with information on Dennis’ location to call 911 or the Sixth Squad at 631-854-8652.
