A popular diner in the Hamptons that closed over a year ago will reopen with a new tenant.
The Silver Lining Diner will take over the location of the former Princess Diner at 32 Montauk Highway in Southampton, said the article.
The new diner (use Water Mill in GPS) will be run by The Bay Kitchen Bar in East Hampton and feature food by chef Eric Miller, according to Bay Kitchen Bar April 5 in a Facebook post.
"The Bay Kitchen Bar team is moving to a new home. Everyone knows the iconic diner at the turn on Route 27 in Southampton. And everyone’s been waiting for its return," the announcement said.
The restaurant will be open all day and for dinner and customer can expect an "upscale diner cuisine" and "gorgeous new look" and even a dog run on their way out east and back to the city, according to Bay Kitchen Bar.
