Month-Long Construction Set To Start On Busy Dutchess Intersection Motorists will want to take note that construction is set to begin to improve the intersection of Bruzgul Road/Wingdale Mountain Road and Clove Valley Road/Clove Road in the Town of Union Vale on Monday, July 15.
