Hutchinson River Parkway Double-Lane Closure Scheduled Motorists traveling on the Hutchinson River Parkway in Westchester next week can expect delays around Scarsdale and New Rochelle due to maintenance work. Double lane closures have been announced on the Hutchinson River Parkway southbound between exit 23 (Mamaroneck Road) and exit 19 (Wilmot Road) beginning on Tuesday, Oct. 8.
