Man Charged With ID Theft, Series Of Town Of Poughkeepsie Burglaries
A 45-year-old area man is being held without bail following an investigation into numerous burglary and grand larceny incidents in the area. Dutchess County resident William A. Pascal, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 27, by Town of Poughkeepsie Police on five counts of burglary, said Capt. Michael O’Dowd. According to O'Dowd, the department made the arrest following two investigations in which Pascal allegedly entered a storage unit rented by the victim on numerous occasions between Dec. 2019 and Jan. and stole property. Police: Town Of Poughkeepsie Man Nabbed In Chase After Threatening To Kill Cop, Jump Off Bridge
A man who threatened to kill a police officer and then took police on a chase also called 911 to tell them he intended to jump off the Newburgh/Beacon Bridge. William A. Pascal, 45, of the Town of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Saturday, June 8, following a sequence of events that ended at the Newburgh/Beacon Bridge, said Town of Poughkeepsie Police, Capt.
