Suspect Nabbed After Fatal Stabbing At Arlington HS Football Game A suspect is in custody after a fatal stabbing following a high school football game in the Hudson Valley overnight. It happened around 9 p.m. Friday, Sept. 17 immediately after the game in Dutchess County between Scarsdale High School and host Arlington High School in LaGrange. After a large fight broke out, a 16-year-old Arlington HS student was transported to MidHudson Regional Hospital in Poughkeepsie where the person was pronounced dead, said Captain John A. New Update: Four-Alarm Fire Destroys Wappingers Falls Building Ten families and four businesses lost everything they owned during a four-alarm fire that swept through a three-story building that included both businesses and apartments. The fire started around 1:09 p.m., Tuesday, Feb. 25, in Dutchess County at 10 Market Street, said Village of Wappingers Falls Police Lt. P. Capparelli.  The first officers on the scene, Sgt. A trooper,  Aaron Tiso of the State Police barracks in  Wappinger, was grazed by a bullet during the standoff with a Wappiner man following a domestic dispute. He was treated and released from Mid-Hudson Regional Hospital.
