Man Charged With ID Theft, Series Of Town Of Poughkeepsie Burglaries A 45-year-old area man is being held without bail following an investigation into numerous burglary and grand larceny incidents in the area. Dutchess County resident William A. Pascal, of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Thursday, Feb. 27, by Town of Poughkeepsie Police on five counts of burglary, said Capt. Michael O’Dowd. According to O'Dowd, the department made the arrest following two investigations in which Pascal allegedly entered a storage unit rented by the victim on numerous occasions between Dec. 2019 and Jan. and stole property.
