Cases In Every Town: Covid-19 Now Widespread In Putnam With 39 Confirmed Positive The novel coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak is now considered widespread in Putnam after eight new positive cases have brought the county's total to 39 cases as of late afternoon Sunday, March 22, the health department said.
