Duo Accused Of Entering Dutchess Home, Forcibly Stealing Purse From Victim Two men have been arrested in connection with a home robbery in which they allegedly forcibly stole a purse from a victim. Christopher R. Arsenault, 32, and Salem E. Welborn, 31, both of Kingston, were arrested on Tuesday, Feb. 4, after Dutchess County Sheriff's deputies responded to an alleged robbery in the Town of Washington, said Sheriff's Capt. John Watterson. Deputies were alerted to the incident around 9:30 p.m. and responded along with State Police to the home on Route 82.  The victims, two of which received minor injuries, told deputies the men entered the home…
