Dutchess County resident Michael A. Cavagnolo, 48, of Hyde Park, was charged on Tuesday, March 5, with making threats against the town of Hyde Park Police, said Capt. Man Charged After Victim Seriously Injured In Dutchess Domestic Dispute An investigation into an alleged domestic dispute that left a person with a “serious injury” has led to the apprehension of a suspect in Poughkeepsie who now faces a felony charge. New York State Police troopers were dispatched to a Hook Road residence in Hyde Park on June 28, where there was a report of a domestic abuse following an emergency call to law enforcement.
