Hudson Valley Man Extradited From Scotland Sentenced For Teen Shooting A man who was extradited from Scotland and returned to Westchester County on a murder charge has been sentenced after fleeing the country following the fatal shooting of a teenager. Yonkers native Sheppard Adeghe, 33, has been sentenced to 20 years in state prison for manslaughter in the shooting death of Elias Flores in 2016.
