Area Man Pleads Guilty To Drug Dealing A 37-year-old man who was busted as part of a massive drug bust dubbed "Aces High," pleaded guilty to criminal sale of a controlled substance for having a half-ounce of cocaine and heroin, according to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler. Newburgh resident Joe Bailey, a/k/a “Capital,” pleaded guilty Thursday before Orange County Court Judge Robert H.
