Man Dies After Snowmobile Accident On Frozen Reservoir In Area One man was killed and another injured after a snowmobile smashed through the ice and fell into the water of an area reservoir. Shortly after the incident took place around 5:30 p.m., Monday, Feb. 1, in Orange County, Sergeant James Bodisch and Trooper Ryan Stutz responded to Reservoir Road in the town of Goshen for a report of a snowmobile accident with injuries, said Trooper Steven Nevel. Man Killed On Snowmobile In Area Click here for an updated story: ID Released For Man Killed On Snowmobile In Area A man was killed during a snowmobile crash in the area. The incident took place in Orange County around 10:20 a.m., Monday, Dec. 2, when the driver of a snowmobile struck a tree in the area of 45 Quarry Road in Campbell Hall, said New York State Police Trooper Steven Nevel. According to Nevel, the man, who was pronounced dead on the scene, has not been identified. Troopers are still on the scene conducting an investigation. This is a developing story.
