Local Man Named New President, CEO Of Poughkeepsie-Based Central Hudson Central Hudson Gas & Electric Corporation has appointed a local man as president and CEO of the Poughkeepsie-based utility. Charles A. Freni, of Rhinebeck, will succeed Michael L.
