Man Charged After Stealing Pizza From Area Supermarket, Police Say A 46-year-old man is facing a misdemeanor charge after allegedly stealing a pizza from a Northern Westchester grocery store. Officers from the Yorktown Police Department were dispatched to Turco’s at approximately 7:10 p.m. on Tuesday evening, June 26, for a report of a larceny. Investigation into the stolen pie - which was valued at $7 - determined that Yorktown resident Sidney Russ allegedly took the pizza without paying and proceeded to exit the store.
