House Painter Sentenced For Sexually Abusing Girl, 5
A house painter working in a Westchester home has been sentenced to nearly a decade behind bars and will register as a sexual offender after pleading guilty to sexually abusing a 5-year-old girl. Port Chester resident Fabio Coutinho, 42, has been sentenced to eight years in state prison, followed by 15 years of post-release supervision after pleading guilty to one count of criminal sexual act, a felony, earlier this year.
