Two Store Clerks Charged With Selling Alcohol To Minor In Dutchess Detail Two store clerks were charged with selling alcohol to a minor during an underage enforcement operation conducted by state police in the area. The detail, held on Saturday, May 23 in Dutchess, utilized an underage volunteer to purchase alcohol under the observation of plainclothes investigators and supported by uniformed troopers. How To Save A Life: East Fishkill Police Offer 'Stop The Bleed' Course East Fishkill Police Department will be hosting a "Stop the Bleed" training course on April 14. These skills are designed to train the participants to provide lifesaving measures to save others.  Many people who suffer traumatic injuries or accidents do not survive due to uncontrolled bleeding.  To sign up for this free training or for more information, call Sgt.
