Pair Caught With Cocaine, Ecstasy In Wappinger Overnight Stop Two men are behinds bars after a traffic stop in Wappinger resulted in drug charges. Troopers pulled over a 2002 Chevrolet van on Route 376 in Wappinger at about 2:40 a.m. on Sunday, Jan. 14. During the stop, a strong odor of marijuana was detected coming from the vehicle and troopers discovered that the driver, 36-year-old Luis A. Real Paez of Belleville, NJ was unlicensed. Further investigation revealed approximately 3.5 grams of marijuana and approximately 1.25 grams of Ecstasy, police said.
