Registered 'Lifetime' Sex Offender Reports Move To Wappingers Falls
A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted of sodomizing two children has reported a move in Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 73-year-old Richard Myers, who has reported an address change from Poughkeepsie to a residence on South Mesier Avenue in Wappingers Falls.
