A registered "lifetime" sexual offender convicted of raping a teenage girl has reported a move in Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 52-year-old Mitchael Parr, who has reported a move from Snow Terrace in Poughkeepsie to Swenson Drive in Wappingers Falls. A registered sex offender convicted of sexually abusing a woman has changed addresses in Dutchess County. The New York State Division of Criminal Justice Services issued an alert this week to Dutchess residents regarding the residency of 63-year-old Vernon Upson, who has moved to a residence on South Clinton Street in Poughkeepsie.
