Bicyclist Seriously Injured After Crash In Town Of Poughkeepsie A bicyclist was seriously injured after being hit by a vehicle in the area. The incident took place around 6:20 p.m., Saturday, Nov. 21 in Dutchess County on Route 55 (Manchester Road) at the intersection of Burnett Boulevard, in the town of Poughkeepsie Police.
