Dutchess Awards $334K To These Four Municipalities For Sidewalk Improvements Dutchess County has awarded a total of more than $334,000 to several different municipalities for a series of sidewalk improvements. The grants are awarded through Dutchess County’s 2019 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Program.
