Peacocks Make Themselves At Home On Dutchess Apartment Grounds Four peacocks made themselves home on the grounds of an apartment complex in the area. The property manager, Peter Nikic, posted a picture of three of the four birds taken by him over the weekend at the facility in Dutchess.
