Man Charged After Allegedly Being Caught Masturbating In LaGrange A Beacon man was arrested after allegedly being caught masturbating in public in the Town of LaGrange. Nicholas B. Brown, 22, was arrested for the incident which took place around 10:15 a.m. on Wednesday, June 12, said Dutchess County Sheriff's Office Capt. John Watterson. Brown was nabbed after deputies were dispatched to the William R. Steinhaus Dutchess Rail Trail for a report of someone seen pleasuring themselves in public, Watterson said.
