Drug Dealer Suspect Caught After Hudson Valley Police Chase An alleged drug dealer took police on a wild chase in Northern Westchester following a multi-agency investigation into the sale of prescription drugs. Following an investigation by members of the Westchester County Northern Narcotics Initiative, a multi-agency task force comprised of officers from Yorktown, Westchester County Narcotics Unit, Peekskill and Croton police departments busted Granite Springs resident Carmine Caruso, 38, for multiple felony drug charges.
