Dutchess County resident Michael Graham, age 37, of the city of Poughkeepsie, was charged with criminal sale of a controlled substance on Wednesday, Oct. 18. Det. Sgt. Cocaine, Fentanyl Dealer Nabbed In Poughkeepsie, Police Say A 37-year-old alleged cocaine and fentanyl dealer was nabbed by police investigating drug sales in the Hudson Valley. Dutchess County resident Michael Graham, age 37, of the city of Poughkeepsie was scooped up in Pershing Avenue Park by agents on Thursday, Sept. 14. According to Sgt. Adam Harris of the Dutchess County Drug Task Force, Graham was charged with two counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance after he was nabbed with large amounts of crack cocaine and fentanyl packaged ready to sell.
