Man Charged With Raping 13-Year-Old In Arrest Assisted By Hudson Valley Child Advocacy Center
A 21-year-old man who was “familiar” with a 13-year-old child is facing a rape charge after being busted by a Hudson Valley child advocacy group. New York State Police troopers from Livingston, with an assist from the Columbia County Child Advocacy Center arrested Copake resident Marvin Vasquez Morales on Thursday following an investigation into an alleged rape of a minor.
