New Poughkeepsie Cardio Center Honors Sheriff 'Butch' Anderson POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Dutchess County Sheriff Adrian "Butch" Anderson received a high honor this week. The Grand Healthcare System opened the Butch Anderson Cardiopulmonary Center in Poughkeepsie at 140 Main Street.  The 12-bed center will offer treatment to those who have experienced a heart attack, bypass surgery, cardiac or lung surgery, or various other heart or lung disease complications.
