H&M Opening Store At Danbury Fair Mall H&M is returning to Danbury. The trendy clothing retailer will move into Danbury Fair by summer's end or early fall. It will occupy the former Express store space and also space next to it where Ann Taylor was. The new store will extend all the way to Lord & Taylor, said Melissa Eigen, Danbury Fair marketing manager.
