Alleged Wappinger Dealer Nabbed By Drug Task Force An investigation into the sale of drugs in the town of Wappinger led to the arrest of a local man for alleged possession of drugs. On Wednesday, Jan, 16, the Dutchess County Drug Task Force executed a search warrant on Scarborough Lane in the Town of Wappinger, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force. The search warrant was a result of an investigation into narcotics sales taking place at and around that location, he said.
