State Police Conduct Underage Drinking Initiative At Area Businesses Nearly two dozen area businesses were found to be in compliance during a New York State Police underage drinking initiative. On Saturday, Jan. 16, New York State Police investigators in Somers conducted an investigation into 20 area businesses, each of which was found to be in compliance when checked by undercover teens. Three From Dutchess Charged With DWI In State Police Stops New York State Police troopers busted more than a dozen motorists who were allegedly driving while impaired over the last week-plus in the area. The local residents charged were: Westchester County On Saturday, Dec. 8, State Police troopers from Cortlandt arrested Santiago M. Raymundo,  26, of New Rochelle, for DWI. He was traveling on Route 9 in Croton-On-Hudson, when he was stopped for a vehicle and traffic law violation.
