Ex-Pleasant Valley Town Clerk Ordered To Pay $27K In Larceny Case The former Pleasant Valley Town Clerk who was charged with grand larceny for stealing funds over a four-year time period entered into a plea agreement on Wednesday in Westchester County Court, according to Dutchess County District Attorney William Grady. Margaret Hart pleaded guilty to third-degree larceny, a Class D felony, before Judge George Fufidio, who was sitting in as Acting Dutchess County Judge.
