Anthony Abbott, 36, of Wappingers Falls, was arraigned on Monday, July 8,  on two counts of first-degree murder, second-degree, murder, robbery, and burglary, said Dutchess County District Attorney William Grady. ID Released For Poughkeepsie Man Whose Death Ruled As Homicide Update: An autopsy conducted Wednesday by the Dutchess County Medical Examiner’s Office revealed the 68-year-old man found with serious injuries several days ago was the victim of a homicide. The name of the man, James Griffin, was also released the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department. Grffin died of his injuries on Tuesday. The criminal investigation is continuing.
