The owners of The Would, located in Ulster County, announced on Monday, Sept. 6, that the restaurant had closed. "The Would is officially closed," owners shared in a Facebook post. Covid-19: Here's Brand-New Breakdown Of Dutchess County Cases By Community The number of confirmed COVID-19 cases in Dutchess has topped 17,000 as the county saw five new virus-related deaths reported this week. Health officials in Dutchess are now monitoring 2,316 active COVID-19 cases on Friday, Jan. 22, as the death toll rose to 324 since the last data was reported earlier this week. Late in November last year, the county was only monitoring approximately 200 active cases.
