Route 55 Reopens After Tractor-Trailer Rollover Crash This story has been updated. A section of Route 55 in the Town of Beekman has reopened after being closed in both directions because of an overturned tractor-trailer crash. The truck was attempting to avoid a car that pulled out in front of the vehicle, which was hauling gravel,  said Capt. John Watterson, of the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office.
