IDs Released For School Bus, Tractor-Trailer Drivers Killed In I-84 Crash A school bus driver has been identified as one of the two people killed during a fiery I-84 crash that also involved three tractor-trailers. Verlean Douglas, 67, of South Windsor, was the driver of a First Student school bus that was rear-ended by a tractor-trailer truck in East Hartford, around 5 a.m., Monday, June 3, said the Connecticut State Police.
