Beacon 32-Year-Old In Serious Condition Following Fishkill Crash, Police Say A 32-year-old man is in serious condition following an early morning crash in the region. The collision occurred in Dutchess County in the town of Fishkill around 6 a.m., Tuesday, Nov. 7 in the area of Route 9D and I-84. According to the Town of Fishkill Police, officers responded to the area after receiving multiple 911 calls reporting a car versus a pedestrian crash. The crash took place in Dutchess County around 2:30 p.m., Sunday, May 7 in the town of Poughkeepsie at the intersection of IBM Road and West Dogwood Drive.
