Poughkeepsie Man Busted For Drugs After Complaints From Residents A Poughkeepsie man was busted for possession of crack cocaine after investigators with the Dutchess County Task Force received complaints of drug dealing in the area. Edward Grant, 57, was arrested on Friday, Jan. 19, following a search of North Clinton Street home by the task force along with the City of Poughkeepsie Police Emergency Services Unit, said Frank Tasciotti, a spokesman with the task force.
