Large 'Unpermitted' Wappingers Falls Car Show Leads To One Being Tased A large car show with more than 250 people that drew complaints from neighbors ended with one of the attendees being tased and placed under arrest. Wappingers Falls police were alerted to the "unofficial" show in the parking lot of Dutchess Plaza on Route 9, around 8 p.m., Sunday, Feb. 16, said Wappingers Falls Police Lt. Paolo Capparelli.
