Dutchess County resident, Edward C. Jackson Jr., age 45, of the city of Poughkeepsie, was arrested on Thursday, June 29, during a warrant search by the Dutchess County Drug Task. According to Det. Task Force Bust: Newburgh Man Charged With Selling Fentanyl In Poughkeepsie, Cops Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with the criminal sale of narcotics following an investigation into fentanyl sales in the area. Orange County resident Mackenzie A. Arias, age 23, of Newburgh, was arrested by the Dutchess County Drug Task following an investigation that lasted several months, said Det. Sgt. Adam Harris, of the task force. The task force has been actively investigating the sale of fentanyl in the areas of Academy and Montgomery Streets in the city of Poughkeepsie for several months, Harris said. Dutchess County Woman Busted After Investigation Of Drug Sales, Police Say An area woman was busted following an investigation for alleged narcotics sales in the area. Dutchess County resident Ashley Sniffen, age 32, of Amenia, was busted on Wednesday, March 24, by the Dutchess County Drug Task and the Dutchess County Sheriff's Office following an investigation into drug sales in the Harlem Valley area, said Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force.
